Description: |
"Manchester Martyrs. Bring Them Home To Irish Soil. God Save Ireland!" Portraits of William O'Mera Allen, Michael Larkin and William O'Brien with a winged harp within a shamrock outline against a purple background with a white celtic interlace border. These three men were publicly hanged in Manchester in 1867 for their involvement in the prison break of Colonel Kelly and Captain Deasy in which a policeman Sergeant Brett was killed. The rescue inspired the song "God Save Ireland". |

A portrait of Liam MacCarthy is shown along with a crest, a hurling match and the MacCarthy Perpetual Challenge Cup presented to the winner of the All-Ireland Hurling Championship. MacCarthy was born in London in 1853 and was a London city councillor for Peckham and promoted Irish sporting activities. |

'Éirí amach na cásca 1916' (Easter Rising 1916) with a young volunteer holding a rifle with a bayonet in front of the GPO in Dublin. The four provinces of Ireland are represented in four circular panels and a lily. The plaque remains unchanged (see No 2807). This replaces No.42, Album 2 and No.1959, Album 56. |

A teddy bear is cradled in their arms. 'Joyriding. Where's the Joy' The baby survived, his Mummy and Daddy didn't. In memory of Rossa Quigley'. Rossa Quigley was killed when hit by a car on the Cliftonville Road in April 2003. Malachy Delaney from the Whiterock area was jailed for 6 years for causing death by dangerous driving. |
