An Orangeman in front of Belfast City Hall halts St. Patrick followed by four children chasing the snakes from Ireland. Behind the Orangeman there is a scroll 'St. Patrick's Day funding DENIED' with two dead sheep below. This relates to the denial of funds by Belfast City Council for the St. Patrick's Day parade, which in the end was cancelled due to the foot and mouth crisis. 'St. James's Ex-Prisoners & Carnival Chaos'. 'Tús maith leath na hoibre'. |

Children's mural overlooking the playground built in memory of Mark, Jason and Richard Quinn who died in a loyalist arson attack on the 12th July 1998. The park is built on the site of their former home. The mural features characters from the Simpsons, South Park, Teletubbies and Winnie the Pooh amongst others. |
