Description:
Close-up of Micky Devine portrait from No.2735. Mickey was born in Springtown in 1954 but grew up in the Creggan area of Derry. He was sentenced to 12 years imprisonment in 1977 after arrest following a Co. Donegal arms raid. He died on 20th August 1981 after 60 days on hunger strike and was the last of the hunger strikers to die.
