Annual Deaths in Northern Ireland, by 'Status' of Person Killed, August 1969 to December 1995

The data, on which the following table is based, was obtained from the Chief Constable's Annual Report(s). In compiling statisitics about the level of violence the Royal Ulster Constabulary (RUC) does not include events which took place outside of Northern Ireland.
