In addition to providing a restful place to walk, these ‘lungs’ guarantee the purity of the air we breathe, they regulate the cycle of the waters and protect against soil erosion.
A report by Greenpeace stated that in 2017, more than 128,000 hectares of forest were destroyed in Northern Argentina with deforestation on the increase in protected areas.
