View of a 'peace line' in Derry. The photograph was taken from Bishop's Gate looking (south) down Bishop Street Without. The fence in the photograph acts as barrier across the interfact between the houses in the Protestant Fountain Estate (to the left of the fence) and the mainly Catholic Bishop Street Without. Houses in both the Catholic and Protestant areas have metal grills over their windows to protect them from items thrown over the wall.
