3) On the 17th January 2008 quilt makers participated in a workshop focused on writing captions for the Irish catalogue. This was followed by a photographic session to photograph the Irish and Chilean quilts.
4)8th February 2008, The Junction
This workshop was held immediately prior to launch of “The politics of Chilean arpilleras” exhibition. The aim of this workshop was to discuss relevant aspects of the exhibitions due to start on 8th March 2008, decide on some practical matters regarding the Irish quilts that were in the process of being collected, and attend together the launch of the Chilean exhibition.
