Exhibition and associated activities:Stitching Resistance - Narratives of Daily Life in Chilean Arpilleras
Description: This exhibition, comprised of 40 arpilleras, mainly created in the 1970s and 1980s, tells a tale with political overtones: the story of the resistance of women; tales conveying political and social messages through art. A series of guided tours, a film screening and a roundtable talk complemented the exhibition.
