THE FAIR EMPLOYMENT COMMISSION REGISTER OF EMPLOYERS

Under Section 22 of the Fair Employment (Northern Ireland) Act 1989, the Fair Employment Commission has a duty to keep a register of employers. The register contains details of concerns employing more than ten people in Northern Ireland and who are registered with the Commission at 6 July each year. The entry for each registered concern contains details of the name of the concern, address of the concern, date of registration, number of employees in Northern Ireland and nature of business.
