Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) Who Employ Relatives
(As of 26 November 2009)

Introduction
The Northern Ireland Assembly (NIA) publishes a Register of Members' Interests. Based on the information provided in the version released in November 2009 the BBC Northern Ireland On-line Service published the extracted details of which Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) were employing family members or relatives. The following page reproduces the information provided by the BBC. The BBC found that about a third of MLAs were employing relatives using public funds.
