Title: | Barrier 14 [No.F7P3] |
Description: | This photograph was taken at 'barrier 14' in lower William Street before the anti-internment parade on 'Bloody Sunday' reached the area. The photograph was taken at 3.30pm according to the clock on the Guildhall in the background. This was one of a number of barriers errected by the British Army to seal the demonstration into the area of the Bogside. The protesters had intended to walk to the Guildhall to hold a meeting. |
