The cross was first unveiled in 1954 but was blown up by loyalists in 1969. The fragments of the cross were donated to the Roddy McCorley Society in 2005. The cross was rededicated in 2007. This is one of a number of monuments and memorials within the grounds of Moyard House (see other entries in database). |
