The cemetery is at the end of Kernan Hill Road, which is off the Lurgan Road (A27). From the entrance to the cemetery the bench is straight along on the right-hand side.

Comments:
Fulton died in his prison cell in 2002. Permission for the memorial was passed by Craigavon Distric Council on 1 October 2007. The decision was heavily criticised by the SDLP.
