Introduction to the EMU Promoting School Project
The EMU Promoting School Project
is an action research project of the Centre for the Study of Conflict, at
the University of Ulster. It works in partnership with Education and Library Boards
to explore ways of enhancing existing good practice and ensuring the
school ethos is based on the objectives of Education for Mutual
Understanding (EMU), through staff professional development. It
endeavours to do this by developing programmes to address the issues that
schools identify as being important.
