Exhibition:Conflict Textiles collection - Embassy of Chile in Ireland
Description: On 21st August 2015, the Chilean Embassy hosted an arpillera workshop, facilitated by Roberta Bacic, in preparation for the exhibition Arpilleras viajeras: Chilenas y de otras latitudes / Wandering Arpilleras: from Chile and beyond, 16th November – 12th December 2016.

This arpillera was presented to the Chilean embassy at the end of the workshop and remained on display for over two years. It complements the other Chilean artefacts, paintings and books on display which are enjoyed by Chileans living in Ireland and give a great insight into Chilean culture for the general public.
